Did you receive a Dear David Bruce email from the CCC?

A message about our recent CCC email: you’re not David Bruce!

Oops! A glitch in our email system may have resulted in your receipt of an email on 5/28 or 5/29 beginning, “Dear David Bruce.” Our apologies! While the salutation is faulty (David is our IT consultant), this is a legitimate email intended for you. It contains the correct unique link for you to create a log-in for online consultation from the CCC, and for access to previous cases you’ve discussed with us. The link will direct you to create a new password through the secure Salesforce-based platform that coincides with our internal database. We would like to encourage you to use it to sign in for CCC online consultation, and to assure you that future emails will be handled with extreme care. We appreciate your patience as we work to bring you improved access to our expert consultation services.
